Teaching Reiki 1
Reiki 1 – The Healing Degree
Gisela keeps classes small, usually six people within the group. You will receive four attunements to enable a connection to the universal energy. We use discussions; learn meditation techniques, the history and uses of Reiki, self protection and practical demonstrations. You will have the opportunity to practice your healing skills; feel the energy and how you perceive it. You will learn how to give a reiki healing and you will give each other healing.
At the end of the course you will feel a connection to this life force and have learned how to develop your sensitivity to the flow of energy, work on yourself to develop your ability as a channel and enhance your self-healing. You will be given a written manual and a certificate. |
